Ella Paulson is an Administrative Assistant at Fletcher & Lee. She joins the Firm with prior experience as a Medical Receptionist and is highly skilled in diligent organization, which serves her role in communicating with clients and assisting the Firm. Ella is currently a student at the University of Reno, Nevada where she is double majoring in Secondary Education and History with a minor in American Sign Language.

In her spare time, Ella enjoys rock climbing, reading, cooking, and listening to music.
