• Successfully negotiated settlements with secured and unsecured creditors in the context of a chapter 11 case involving the Reno City Center project in downtown Reno, ultimately dismissing the bankruptcy case, which allowed the Debtor to borrow funding to get construction back on track.
• Represented a large group of investors in the Guardian Fund and Hughes Private Capital cases to protect their interests.
• Achieved several favorable settlements for individual clients who are tenant-in-common owners with various family members of 500 acres of land in Sonoma County California
• Recovered on a criminal restitution judgment that resulted from a former employee’s theft for a local medical practice.
