Heather Carney is a paralegal at Fletcher & Lee. Heather is an important part of the Firm’s team, assisting the attorneys with case management, document preparation, court filings, calendaring and any other tasks that allow the Firm to excel in meeting client needs. She joined the company in March of 2025 after previously working as a paralegal for over a decade combined at two different firms.

A fourth generation Nevadan, Heather is a team player and strives to streamline workflows and organization. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family camping, cooking and watching movies.
